1. Data We Collect
When registering via Google OAuth, we receive: email, name, and profile photo. When using the service, we store: your generation requests, generated content, usage history, and favorites.
2. How We Use Data
Your data is used to: provide content generation services, save history and favorites, track usage limits, improve service quality, contact you on important matters.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
Your requests are transmitted to Anthropic (Claude API) for content generation. Anthropic processes data according to their privacy policy. We use Supabase for data storage. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. AI and Your Content
Your request content is transmitted to the AI model for response generation. Kontentpak does not use your content to train its own models. Anthropic's data usage policy is available on their website.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies for authorization and saving preferences (theme, language). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
6. Data Security
Data is transmitted over secure channels (HTTPS). Database access is restricted. Passwords are not stored — OAuth authorization is used.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: obtain a copy of your data, delete your account and all data, withdraw consent to processing. To exercise your rights, contact us via email.
8. Data Retention
Data is stored while your account is active. When deleting an account, all data is removed within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer as required by law.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this policy. You will be notified of significant changes. The current version is always available on this page.
