Terms of Service (Public Offer)

1. General Provisions
This document is a public offer by Nenyuk Andrey Aleksandrovich (TIN 272198910000, self-employed taxpayer), hereinafter referred to as the 'Provider', and defines the terms of use of the online service Kontentpak (kontentpak.space), hereinafter referred to as the 'Service'. Payment for the Service constitutes acceptance of this offer.
2. Service Description
Kontentpak is a SaaS platform for content generation using artificial intelligence. The Service allows you to create headlines, scripts, social media posts, AI covers, and other content. Access to the Service is provided online via a web browser. After payment, access to premium features is activated automatically within a few minutes.
3. Registration and Account
Registration via Google OAuth or Yandex OAuth is required to use the service. The user is responsible for maintaining the security of account access and all actions performed under their account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person to circumvent limits is prohibited.
4. Pricing and Payment
The Service offers four plans: Free (11 generations per month), Starter (50 generations per month), Pro (200 generations per month), Team (500 generations per month, up to 3 users). In addition to subscriptions, generation packs are available for purchase — purchased generations (purchased_generations) do not expire on monthly limit reset. Current prices are listed on the pricing page (kontentpak.space/pricing). Payment is processed via YooKassa (RUB). Prices may change with at least 14 days prior notice to users.
5. Subscription and Auto-Renewal
Paid plans are offered as monthly subscriptions. The payment method is saved during the first payment for subsequent automatic charges. Charges occur once a month on the date corresponding to the initial payment date. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the pricing page. Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, after which the plan automatically switches to the free tier.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of payment, provided the user has not utilized paid features (number of generations in the paid period equals 0). To request a refund, contact us at contentkitapp@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Content Rights
Users retain rights to their input data. Generated content belongs to the user and may be used for any lawful purpose. Kontentpak does not claim ownership of content created by users.
8. AI Usage
The Service uses third-party AI models for content generation. User requests are transmitted to the AI provider's servers for processing. Kontentpak does not use user content for AI model training.
9. AI Content Disclaimer
Content generated using artificial intelligence may contain inaccuracies, factual errors, and outdated information. Kontentpak is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or currency of generated content. The user is obligated to independently verify all generated content before publication or use. Use of generation results is solely at the user's own risk and responsibility. Generated content does not constitute and should not be construed as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
10. Usage Restrictions
Prohibited: generating illegal, harmful, or offensive content; attempting to bypass AI limitations; using the service for spam or fraud; sharing account access with third parties; creating multiple accounts by the same person to circumvent restrictions and limits.
11. Service Delivery
Services are provided remotely via the Internet. The result of the service — generated content — is available to the user in their account immediately after generation. No separate delivery is required.
12. Changes to Terms
The Provider may update these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
